Thanksgiving Workout
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Here’s a great workout for some cross training on this beautiful day, courtesy of Robb Lageson, my son’s nordic ski coach:
Thur. 11/26 Location of choice
Goal: Turkey Intervals
30 Warm up, social intervals, anticipation/visualization
10 Review food goals, strategy and tactics
30 Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn pudding,
squash, sweet potatoes, Lefse, etc., etc.
10 Pie
10 More Pie
90 Couch Faceplant Recovery – Stretching, yawning, napping – all ok
Repeat to exhaustion. (May substitute various leftovers.)
I know this is a tough workout, and I have had complaints in the past, but suck it up
