What to bring:  Passport, it’s now required to have a passport to get back into the US.

Race Registration

Race Packet pickup will be at Olympia Cycle and Ski  on Saturday from Noon to 3:30 or at the park prior to the race (come early for the Park option).

Race starts at 0730 Sharp at Birds Hill Park located about 20 minutes north of Winnipeg on Highway 59 North. Take the Birds Hill Park exit and when you get to the top of the hill turn right on South Drive and follow that for about 3 miles until you see the East Beach entrance at the bottom of the hill and turn left to go to the registration/parking lot. The race is 3 and ¾ laps of the park. We all skate to the start line at 0715 sharp race meeting is just prior for instructions.

Recommended lodging:  Canad Inns Fort Gary or Canad Inns Regent (casino).  For ease of driving the Regent one is closer to the race course.

Of note, there are many other hotels to stay at, but people should not stay close to the airport as they are really out of the way from everything and further from the race.
