Holistic Approach: The Axcelerate Fitness training approach uses methods that address the ten primary aspects of physical fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Functional Movements: Our exercises use functional movements which are movements that will transfer their usefulness into real-world situations. This most often involves exercises that engage many muscle groups at the same time.

Varied Workouts: At Axcelerate Fitness, we are always changing up the workouts. This keeps the classes fresh and interesting each time. Also, by changing up the workouts, the body cannot adapt to any specific workout and allows for further results.

We believe that fitness should be a lifestyle, not a short term goal. It is something that you should work to maintain and increase throughout your entire life and enjoy doing it in the process.

Body Awareness: You will feel more in-tune to your body and be able to perform everyday task with greater efficiency and less pain.

Faster Metabolism: The intensity of our workout will speed up your metabolism so you are burning more calories even when you are not working out.

More Horsepower: You will have more energy throughout the day.

Sleep Better
